This summer the Penticton Art Gallery invites children between the ages of 6 and 10 years of age to join us for our ever popular Creative Kids Summer Art Program. This year’s program runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday from July 5th through to August 20th.

Each week offers a fun and interactive program of independent and collaborative activities which seeks to develop and strengthen creative skills, build self-esteem, develop a sense of self-importance and individuality, encourage self-expression and stimulate imagination in children through the arts. Each participant will be provided with hands on instruction and a wide range of fun projects which explore the possibilities of drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture with activities taking place both in the gallery and in the surrounding recreation areas.

July 5 - 9: Naturally Nature

July 12 - 16: Pop Art

July 19 - 23: What's Up, Okanagan?

July 26 - 30: Konnichiwa!

Aug 3 - 6: Aqua-Nauts!

Aug 9 - 13: Urban Funk

Aug 16 - 20: Fictional Fun!

Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Drop-ins are welcome if space is available. Call  in advance to confirm.
PAG members: $125/ week    $30/ day
Non-members: $150/ week    $35/ day
