The Penticton Art Gallery (formerly the Art Gallery of the South Okanagan) is a registered not-for-profit, charitable organization. We acknowledge the support of the City of Penticton, the Province of British Columbia through the BC Arts Council and the Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development as well as community arts councils, sponsorships, memberships and donations. The PAG is grateful for all donations to, and supporters of our development events including the Annual Art Auction, Kitchen Stove Film Series, the Soup Bowls Project and Treasures From the Attic.

Saturday and Sunday: noon - 5 pm.

Poster from 2000 featuring all the cigarette insert cards of professional baseball players from the 1923-24 season. Billiken Cigarettes issued the photographic cards, which include many stars from the American negro leagues. These African American stars include Oscar Charleston, Pop Lloyd, Oliver Marcelle, Paul Warfield, and Dobie Moore. Also pictured are Cuban stars Jose Mendez, Alejandro Oms, Oscar Levis, Armando Marsans and Jose Maria Fernandez.
