Notice of Special Meeting of Members of the Penticton Art Gallery

This notice is distributed on Friday October 31, 2025, to inform members of a special meeting scheduled for Thursday November 20, 2025, at 6:30 pm in the Main Gallery of the Penticton Art Gallery.

All members, in good standing, are invited to attend this meeting.  Memberships may be renewed or purchased at the PAG weekly during open hours Wednesday to Saturday 11 am - 4 pm or online.

Motion to add 3 Board members to serve as Secretary, Treasurer, Director at large (with Human Resources experience)

b. Supporting the 6- month plan

Motion to create and populate 4 Board working Committees

1. Acquisitions and Collections (3 members)

2. Finance (2 members)

3. Fundraising, Grants and Sponsorships (4 members)

4. Communication with Members and Volunteers (2 members)
