MEMBERSHIP

The Penticton Art Gallery is a not-for-profit, charitable institution whose mission is to build and sustain an active, engaged art community that inspires, educates and enriches. The Gallery offers a broad range of programs and services for people of all ages and interests. We do so through our exhibitions, collection, education programs, publications, public events and the support of our donors.

The Penticton Art Gallery continues to strive to expand its programs and offerings to the community. We hope that you will be able to take part in the exciting events that we are offering and experience first-hand the pride we take in your gallery.

The Penticton Art Gallery exists to exhibit, interpret, preserve, and promote the visual artistic heritage of the region and the province in relation to national and international art. In order to meet our mission and provide services in our community, we rely on the generosity of community-minded individuals and businesses just like you for support.

LEAVE A LEGACY

We want to help you create a legacy by bringing art to others’ lives for generations to come.
Here are a few ways you can leave your legacy with the Penticton Art Gallery:

  • Bequest / Will. A gift stated in your will in the form of a designated amount, or percentage of your estate.

  • Gifts of life insurance. A gift that names the Penticton Art Gallery as a beneficiary of the life insurance policy proceeds.

  • Gifts of stock and securities. A gift of publicly traded shares or securities donated to the Penticton Art Gallery that is not subject to any capital gains tax.

  • Gift of property. The Penticton Art Gallery’s collection has grown exceptionally due to the generous donations from art collectors.
    A gift of property such as works of art can be receipted for the appraised value of the item.
