We provide adults with the opportunity to explore their inner creativity through our unique classes, workshops and community programs. We cultivate a passionate, supportive and fun environment where people can develop their artistry skills and discover a life filled with COLOUR.
UPCOMING ADULT PROGRAMMING:
A unique new program at PAG, ArtRx is inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing and designed to support personal wellness through creativity and connection with nature.
In this workshop, we invite you to slow down and experience mindfulness through creative outdoor activities. Enjoy the calming practice of Forest Bathing and engage in Nature Sketching and Journaling—art-making in nature that fosters resilience, wellness, and self-care.
You'll also explore simple, mindful art techniques that can be easily integrated into your everyday life.
All sessions are led by a certified Forest Bathing and Creative Wellness guide.

All sessions will take place entirely outdoors, locations rotating according to the activities and weather. Our central meeting points include the Japanese Garden, Mountain Springs Nature Retreat and Penticton Art Gallery.
