MEET THE STAFF

Erin Ashley
ACTING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Erin is a career manager of events, engagement, programs and strategy, with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. She has returned home to Canada after 26 years in the US, and was most recently with Bainbridge Island Museum of Art near Seattle. In her role as PAG Programs Manager, Erin is responsible for exhibitions, education and events, and looks forward to working in partnership with our committed volunteer Board and committee members. -

Julia Snow
ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE MANAGER
Julia was born and raised in Penticton and began her career in Vancouver, where she worked for over 25 years as an assistant to a senior financial advisor and earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2006. After returning to Penticton in 2018, she transitioned her career to focus on bookkeeping and administration within the nonprofit sector, bringing strong expertise in financial management, organizational operations, and community-focused service. Julia is proud to serve as an employee for the Penticton Art Gallery and is committed to contributing her skills to advance the organization’s mission and impact in the community.

Sara Bursey
GALLERY ASSISTANT
Sara is a graduate student at UBCO, pursuing her Master of Fine Arts in Visual Arts. A BFA graduate (2024) of York University, Sara is originally from southern Ontario, and brings a diverse background in the arts and culture sector, having held intern and assistant positions in research and curating at municipal museums and galleries including the Canadian Museum of History. Her passion for collections work and curation has led her to join the PAG team as our Gallery Assistant.
